Garford Dome Washer Plates

We have a wide range of dome washer plates and combination plates used with various rock plates. The plates help distribute the roof evenly in all directions to prevent loose strata falling between the rock bolts.

Dome configuration reinforces more bearing capacity
Available in dog ear for hanging of service lines
The hole dia of friction bolt plate is 2mm larger than bolt
The hold dia of thread bolt is approx 4-5mm larger than bolt, except when used with dome ball
Available in black or hop dip galvanised

Enlarge contact surface area to increase the support effect
User friendly rounded corners
Long hole is used for hanging of service lines
User with flat plate or domed plate to increase support capcaity

W Strap

The raw material is high strength alloyed steel
Used with rock bolts to provide extra support
Restrain the loose strata, especially the rock around the drilling hole
Thickness : 2.0-6.00mm
Width : 220mm, 230mm, 280mm, according to customer request
Diameter of the round hole is 30mm; long hole is 30mm*60mm and 30mm*70mm according to customer request
